Rules and terms
The server enforces these exactly — your assistant is told them up front.
Garment minimum
100 pieces per style per colour — smaller requests are declined automatically. Standard MOQ is 200; 100–199 is priced as a small order.
Bulk discount
500+ pieces: 4% · 1,000+ pieces: 8% · 3,000+ pieces: 11% · 5,000+ pieces: 15% (per style, never more than 15%).
Fabric minimum
50 metres (woven) or 50 kg (knit). Standard MOQ 200 kg per fabric (printed fabric: 300 kg per order).
Lead times
14 working days for a physical sample; bulk 25–35 working days after sample approval.
Payment
50% advance to start production, 50% before dispatch. Sample orders are 100% upfront and credited against bulk.
Shipping
Door delivery within India (freight quoted with the order). Export: FOB Chennai or Tuticorin port. CIF / DDP quoted on request only (freight and duty move too fast to estimate).
How an enquiry works
- You describe what you want; your assistant collects the details from you — styles, quantities, sizes, fabric, prints and any design images.
- It shows you a summary and, once you agree, sends the enquiry to our team.
- You get an optional private link on klothewala.com to verify your email or phone, add design files and track the enquiry.
- An account manager replies with costing and feasibility, usually within 24–48 hours.

It is a free, public Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude look up Klothewala's products, fabrics and rules, give rough price estimates, and prepare enquiries for you to verify.
It can send an enquiry, a fabric brief or a call-back request — not a confirmed order. Nothing is ever paid or confirmed without you: our team replies with costing first. After an enquiry you also get an optional link (valid 7 days) to verify your email or phone and track it.
No. Estimates are indicative ranges. The binding price comes from our team after we review your tech pack, usually within 24–48 hours.
No. The server is open and needs no sign-in. Verifying an enquiry (optional) signs you in to your Klothewala account so you can track it.
The same as on the website: at least 100 pieces per style per colour for garments, and at least 50 metres or 50 kg for fabric. Smaller requests are declined automatically.
