Yes. Klothewala's client-facing office is in Bangalore — this is where account management, sales, and project coordination happen. When you contact us, you're talking to the Bangalore team. Manufacturing happens at our own production unit in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, but the relationship is managed entirely from here.
Our minimum order quantity is 200 pieces per design, which is intentionally lower than most factories. It's designed to be workable for startups and early-stage D2C brands placing their first or second order. We take smaller orders seriously — you get the same managed service as a larger buyer.
You brief us — in person, on a call, or over WhatsApp. We handle sampling at our Tirupur unit and send you photos and a physical sample for approval. Once approved, we go into bulk production. You'll get updates at key milestones. Standard lead time is 45–60 days from confirmed order. You don't need to manage anything on the factory side — that's our job.
Yes, absolutely. We're in Bangalore and happy to meet in person — especially for first orders or larger corporate accounts. WhatsApp first if you'd prefer, and we can go from there. Most of our ongoing clients work with us entirely over WhatsApp and never feel the need to meet, but if you want to, we're here.
