Duty-free entry needs a valid origin declaration, which we prepare. Linen woven from imported European yarn may not qualify for the UK zero rate; we check origin for each linen fabric before quoting.

Yes. Zero duty under ECTA applies only when the shipment carries an ECTA certificate of origin. We arrange it with the export documents for every Australian order.
