Send your brief (Day 0)
WhatsApp or the form. Share your product reference, a sketch, a tech pack, or even a photo of something you like. We will ask the questions that turn it into a manufacturing brief. Response: within 24–48 hours.
Quote and fabric confirmation (Days 2–5)
We review your brief, confirm fabric availability at our Tirupur unit, and send a quote with per-unit pricing and a production timeline. If the brief needs refinement, we iterate here — not mid-production.
Pre-production sample (Days 6–18)
We make a physical sample at our Tirupur unit. You receive it shipped to you, or review via detailed photos and video if the timeline does not allow physical review. Nothing goes to bulk until you are satisfied.
Order confirmation and production start (Days 19–22)
Sample approved. Order formally confirmed. First payment milestone settled. Production scheduled. You receive a confirmed production timeline.
Bulk production and inline QC (Days 23–50)
Your order goes into production. Our QC team inspects at three stages: fabric before cutting, inline during production, end-of-line before packing. You receive milestone photo updates.
QC sign-off, packing, and shipment (Days 51–60)
Final inspection against approved sample. Export documentation prepared. Shipment booked — air or sea. You receive tracking. International delivery: 5–14 days.
