What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Klothewala's minimum order quantity is 200 pieces per style per colour for all products including t-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, and activewear. This MOQ applies to each individual style-colour combination. For sample orders, lower quantities are accepted. If your requirement is below 200 pieces, WhatsApp us to discuss options.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, and we strongly recommend it. We produce physical samples within 14 working days of receiving your brief. Sample charges apply but are credited against your bulk order once you confirm. You approve the sample before we touch a single bulk unit.

How do I know the quality will match the sample?

Your approved sample becomes the physical QC standard for your bulk order. Our production team checks the first 10 pieces of every run against it, and again at final dispatch. We send you photo evidence of the inspection before we ship. If anything falls short, we remake it free of charge.

What are your payment terms?

Typically 50% advance to begin production and 50% before dispatch. For sample orders, full payment is taken upfront. Repeat customers in good standing can negotiate extended terms — speak to your account manager.

How long does bulk production take after sample approval?

Standard bulk production is 25–35 working days after sample approval and advance payment, depending on order size and complexity. We give you a committed date at order confirmation and you can track every stage live on your dashboard.

What fabrics and GSM do you use for custom t-shirts and hoodies?

For t-shirts we use 100% cotton or CVC (Chief Value Cotton) blends in GSM 180–240 depending on the feel you need. For hoodies, we use French terry (280–320 GSM) for lighter options and fleece (320+ GSM) for heavier winter styles. We can match a specific GSM target if you have one.

Do you offer private label and OEM manufacturing?

Yes. Klothewala handles full private label and OEM manufacturing — including custom woven labels, hang tags, packaging, and poly bags branded to your specifications. Everything that goes out the door can carry your brand identity, not ours.

Can I track my order in real time?

Yes. Every Klothewala customer gets access to a personal dashboard where you can see the live status of your order — from sample production and design approval through to bulk manufacturing, quality inspection and dispatch. You also receive photo updates at key milestones.

Which cities and regions in India do you deliver to?

We deliver pan-India — metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata as well as Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. We also handle international shipments for export orders. Delivery timelines and logistics are coordinated by your dedicated account manager.

What is the difference between screen printing and embroidery for custom apparel?

Screen printing applies ink directly onto the fabric using a stencil — best for large bold designs, high-volume orders, and vivid full-colour graphics at a lower cost per unit. Embroidery stitches the design into the fabric using thread — best for logos, chest badges, and premium positioning where texture and durability matter. We offer both, and your account manager will advise which suits your design and quantity.
